Field Service Supervisor to oversee and manage client's West Coast field service team. The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all field service activities, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, have a strong technical background, and be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a field service environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of field service operations, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems related to field service operations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
