Field Service Representative

Job Description

Magid is seeking a PART TIME Field Service Representative to service 2 of our customers in the St. Helena and American Canyon, CA areas.

This is a PART-TIME position working an average of 1 or 2 days a week, 3-5 total hours a week The work days can be flexible based on your schedule. However, both clients need to be serviced twice a week. The hours worked can fall between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities will be to refill on-site vending machines with our safety products. Products include safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, etc. In addition, this person will monitor and report low stock levels to the district manager for re-order, maintain the Personal Protective Equipment storage area clean, and handle any (vending) machine issues such as basic part replacement or configuration if needed.

There is a chance for additional hours in the future, but not guaranteed.

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s license and a personal smartphone
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must have basic computer skills and be mechanically inclined
  • Should be detail oriented
  • Must be willing to work in warehouse environment
  • Must pass background and drug screenings


The position pays $22.00/hour and is a PART-TIME, long term opportunity averaging 3-5 hours a week.
