Overview

This position will allow you to apply your troubleshooting and technical experience to solve customers’ instrumentation issues and ensure optimal system performance.

Location: Home office based in Northeast US with regional travel to client sites

Duties Include:

  • Travel to client sites area to perform on-site service
  • Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
  • Supporting a line of analyzers used in chemical production and lab settings

Ideal Skills/Knowledge:

  • Minimum AA, BS, or higher in a technical discipline
  • 2 + years’ experience with hands-on equipment troubleshooting
  • Experience with electronics, maintaining/repairing electromechanical systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to juggle/prioritize a busy schedule over a large territory
  • Able to travel regionally
