Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer opportunity for the Western U.S. (Bay Area preferred).

This role is with a fast-growing CA life science tools company focused on advanced laboratory automation and robotic workflow systems not traditional benchtop analyzers. They are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting sophisticated electro-mechanical systems, and has >4yrs.experience supporting integrated or robotic platforms in customer environments.

The position involves installing, maintaining, and optimizing automated lab systems while working closely with customers to solve real-world scientific workflow challenges. It’s a highly visible role with a lot of autonomy and impact.

High Focus on complex robotic / automation systems

level of hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving

Significant customer interaction and ownership of field activity
