An American packaging equipment distributor is seeking its first dedicated Field Service Engineer. This position will report to their office in New Britain, CT, south of Hartford. You are responsible for the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery. Expect over 50% travel nationally. When not on the road, you will handle customer service calls. Candidates must have experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems. This lead engineer will help with training and support.

Candidates with experience working on packaging, processing, industrial, robotics, or automated systems would be of interest.
