Overview

Perform service-related functions on scientific equipment at client labs while prioritizing customer service and experience above all else.

Location: based out of Northern, NJ

In This Role You Will:

  • Perform on-site validation, repair, and maintenance of chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients as the face of the company and the primary contact for all their equipment’s technical needs
  • Providing customers and other personnel within the assigned region necessary support and documentation required to effect instrument repairs, maintenance, and installations
  • Travel regionally as required to provide service support to customers

Ideal Skills/Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, AS or BS/BA in a technical field preferred
  • Educated in basics electronics troubleshooting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Curiosity, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to travel the Northeast (NY Metro Region)
