Overview

Responsible for the local client base within the territory by resolving advanced service repair needs of designated equipment and driving customer satisfaction.

Location: home office in the Pikeville, KY area with territory travel to client sites

Duties Include:

  • Serve as the primary on-site support engineer for customers within the assigned region, addressing contract, warranty, and billable service calls
  • Collaborate with staff via phone and email to troubleshoot systems, diagnose problems, and determine best practices for issue resolution
  • Perform timely and precise preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within healthcare settings

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous expereince with Medical Imaging Equipment, CT/MRI/Imaging equipment
  • AA or equivalent relevant industry expereince
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to travel regionally
