What You’ll Do
- Service and support LCMS instruments across a range of manufacturers.
- Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations.
- Work directly with labs and end users to keep critical instruments running effectively.
- Support a growing service organization that values technical capability, responsiveness, and strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to a team environment where field expertise can grow into broader responsibility over time.
Who You Are
You’re a hands-on Field Service Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and being in front of customers. You know LCMS, like working independently, and take pride in repairing and restoring instruments the right way. You’re also someone who wants more than a routine service job. You’re motivated by growth, comfortable with travel, and interested in joining a company where your technical ability can open doors down the road.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
- 2+ years of experience servicing LCMS instruments
- Experience coming from a third-party service provider or instrument manufacturer
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair capabilities
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Interest in long-term growth and potential leadership opportunity
