Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on medical laboratory analyzers.
- Quickly establish and maintain professional relationships with clientele to ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate problem resolution efforts across the Field Support Group to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of crucial tools and parts within company vehicle.
- Conduct basic on-site training for clients on the operational aspects of the equipment.
- Stay prepared for overnight travel as part of the service commitment to regional customers.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- AAS Degree in electronics, electro-mechanical technology, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service for medical or related technical equipment.
- Proficiency in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Capacity to undertake overnight travel as required for job responsibilities.
- Must be a current resident or have ability to work within the Jackson, Mississippi area without relocation assistance.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for the safety of our team and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience servicing medical laboratory analyzers highly desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a field setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to facilitate training and customer interaction.
Skills:
- Strong technical proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic circuit diagrams and software diagnostics.
- Effective time management and logistic planning capabilities.
- Professionalism and capacity to manage sensitive equipment and client needs tactfully.
