We have an immediate job opening and need to find a Field Service Engineering with Packaging and Filling Equipment Experience. • Must have automation knowledge and strong operational know-how on some of the following machines:

  PALLETTIZERS / DEPALLETIZERS / FILLERS / MIXERS / ROBOTICS / BLOW machinery and have experience working on them specifically for between 2–10 years;

• 4 Year Engineering degree and experience in maintenance, repair or service of filling and packaging machines, and experience as service technician traveling throughout the Continental US and Canada;

• Aptitude to learn what is necessary for operating in the field in your own and problem solving experience;

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as listed in the Job Description below;

• Must be self-motivated and able to deal with executive management and operators equally professionally;

• Calm, non-combative temperament;

• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment without compromising efficiency and accuracy of work;

• Computer literate and good command of the English language: speak, read and write;

• Work very well under pressure;

• Be able to leave for a remote intervention at a moment’s notice and be able to stay until the job is completed at site;

  Strongly preferred:-

• Software and Applications:

  - PLC SIEMENS S7-300 or/and PC SIEMENS S7-MAC (AWL or LADDER PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE)

  - TP-177 or MP-277 or THIN CLIENT, SIEMENS (WINCC PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE)

  - FANUC ROBOT (FANUC programming language)

  - SIEMENS PROFIBUS / PROFINET

• Blow molding equipment experience

• Ability to speak a foreign language (Italian/Spanish) is a plus

  Job description:-

• Visually inspects, installs and tests machinery in Customer’s establishment

• Tune and inspect the machines to detect malfunction.

• Discusses machine operation variations with supervisor, co-technicians and/or with other resources to diagnose problem or repair the machine.

• Coordinate technical problems with specialists and resolve with customer in timely manner.

• Dismantles defective parts and accessories and installs new or repaired parts.

• Installs and repairs electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.

• Lay-out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

• Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.

• PLC programming and analysis.

• Installs, programs or repairs automated machinery and equipment, such as robots or programmable controllers, and computer numerical controls.

• To help with customer relations regularly visit customers to insure good communications

• Work with other employees to promote and support Company activity

• During time in the office to provide assistance with spare parts inventory

• During time in the office to provide assistance with sales and marketing

• Train customer and/or employees in maintenance and use of machinery

• Represent Company in a professional manner at all times;

• Promote and expand the Company’s presence in the market by supporting existing customers;

• Promote and support in all areas, which will include regular and frequent customer visits.

• Support the company business, when required, outside the USA;

• Must be a self-starter; be able to work under pressure; multi-tasker; have persistence to achieve goals; be able to handle unpleasant people and/or situations; and possess creative thought to attain objectives;

• Ensure customer satisfaction with company and alleviate/resolve any open problems and complaints in conjunction with other respective departments in company;

• Write and submit on a timely basis, reports such as service reports and expense reports and to supply administrative requirements promptly as required;
