A leading US manufacturer of bindery and print finishing equipment is looking for a field service technician based in the Philadelphia area. They have corporate offices about 30 minutes from the airport in NJ. This is a national travel role. Expect over 50% travel, which means overnights. You are expected to handle more electrical issues related to their equipment Your customer base is commercial printing and packaging plants. You are expected to handle installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs of their automated print-finishing machinery during the week, and at home most weekends. Electrical skills, including knowing the basics around PLCs and HMIs, are needed.

The ideal candidate is someone from field service, maintenance, or technical support who has worked on or operated bindery or print finishing equipment.
