Seeking a driven Field Account Executive to grow and manage a defined territory through new business development and existing account expansion. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach while operating independently day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales goals

  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts

  • Maintain a consistent call cycle (5–7 appointments/day)

  • Build strategic account plans to drive growth

  • Deliver product education and business recommendations to customers

  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and opportunities

  • Execute customer marketing initiatives and monitor ROI

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Manage administrative reporting (call reports, expenses, etc.)

Travel

  • ~80% within territory

  • 10–15% for conferences, trainings, and meetings

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
