Job Summary
The Field Program Manager is an integral member of our operations team with primary responsibility for overseeing a nationwide workforce of employees and independent contractors supporting federal contracts across the U.S. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. The Field Program Manager works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and cross‑functional departments to ensure client expectations are exceeded, contract performance metrics are met, and revenue opportunities are maximized.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises field employees to ensure delivery of quality services, adherence to staffing schedules, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitors employee performance and provides ongoing coaching, counseling, and feedback.
- Onboards new employees; enforces HR policies and procedures; implements corrective action plans; and conducts terminations when necessary.
- Reviews and approves work schedules and time‑off requests to ensure continuity of client services.
- Reviews and approves timesheets in accordance with payroll schedules; certifies accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitors performance of independent contractors and ensures timely payment for services rendered.
- Partners with the recruiting team to fill vacancies and maintain required staffing levels to meet contract metrics.
- Maintains regular communication with client contacts to review workforce performance, address staffing challenges, and strengthen relationships.
- Conducts regular site visits to government facilities to monitor contract performance, meet with stakeholders, and stay informed of changes in requirements or operational needs.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle pressure, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to take ownership of issues until resolved.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies, systems, and processes quickly.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in people management or leading teams.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Government contracting experience preferred.
- Retired Veteran a plus.
