Summary: The Field Marketing Manager (Account-Based Marketing Focus) leads the demand and lead generation efforts for their respective region. As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for understanding our go-to-market strategy, target market(s), and working as a strong partner to the revenue team to build target account lists that fit our ideal customer profile, increase awareness of the brand, increase engagement with our content, and generate meaningful demand and leads for the business development and sales teams.
Job Description:
- Drive the regional go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution of account-based marketing campaigns.
- Build and expand partnerships with sales, solutions consulting, product, and customer success teams to drive pipeline and expand the footprint with existing and new customers.
- Align to regional revenue goals and execute 1:1, 1: few, and 1: many account-based programs to drive new logo growth.
- Monitor buyer intent to orchestrate data and intent-driven campaigns for segmented audiences at scale.
- Drive campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to: 6sense display and retargeting ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, email campaigns, third-party advertising, and more.
- Collaborate with other marketing functions, including brand, communications, marketing operations, and business development to execute strategic initiatives and tailor experiences to local markets.
- Develop target buyer personas and industry-specific messaging mapped to the buyer’s journey for deployment in account-based campaigns.
- Select, budget, and execute the strategy for industry/regional events, customer advisory boards, executive workshops, field and industry webinars.
- Develop and execute paid media opportunities with industry publications, associations, industry influencers, and other third parties that influence in-market opportunities.
- Track, measure, and optimize performance across all owned channels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on account-based marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in event planning, project management, and marketing strategy, as well as experience with trade show logistics, booth design, lead capture, and follow-up.
- SaaS or IoT industry marketing experience is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation and account-based technologies.
- Experience in the development of content hub experiences tailored to the buyer journey.
- Track record of consistently delivering measurable results and making data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience working with sales teams.
- Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field required.
