Position Overview

This Field Development Manager – Molecular Methods & Biosafety position is a senior scientific role focused on guiding molecular analytical strategies that support biosafety programs, genetic stability, and regulatory compliance. The role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys working directly with clients to drive successful development outcomes.

The Field Development Manager will serve as a trusted technical partner to pharmaceutical and biotech customers, leveraging deep expertise in NGS, ddPCR, and PCR-based methodologies to support development programs across biologics and advanced therapies. The position blends scientific consulting, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial support in a highly visible and strategic role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary molecular analytics subject matter expert for customer programs
