This role will be responsible for

Operational Management: Overseeing feed production, delivery, maintenance, and quality control.
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and guiding team members toward professional growth and effectiveness.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all operations align with safety policies and Safe Feed/Safe Food procedures.
Inventory and Quality Assurance: Maintaining accurate inventory balances and summarizing quality control data.

Expectations will include

Efficient coordination of production practices to ensure high-quality feed in a safe environment.
Monitoring and managing inventory, testing quality, and reporting results to management.

Occasionally traveling to support company initiatives and training.

A qualified candidate will possess the following

Preferred college degree in Agribusiness or a related field.
Experience in feed mill operations, with exposure to batch feed manufacturing, pelleting, and grain processing.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working in challenging environments.

Compensation: $65,00+ depending on experience + Bonus eligibility
