We are looking for a Federal Tax Director to lead tax strategy, compliance, and planning for our client. This is a high-impact role for a tax leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to drive strategic tax initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Oversee federal tax compliance and ensure adherence to regulations

✔ Develop tax strategies that optimize efficiency and minimize risk

✔ Lead tax reporting, audits, and liaise with external stakeholders

✔ Partner with finance and executive leadership on tax planning initiatives

✔ Stay ahead of changing tax laws and their impact on the organization

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 8+ years of federal tax experience, with leadership exposure

🔹 CPA or JD preferred; strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations

🔹 Experience with M&A tax strategy and large-scale tax filings

🔹 Ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally

🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
