Japan or Okinawa Federal DOD sales rep selling Office Furniture to Military Bases in Japan, Okinawa, and maybe Korea. 
The right candidate should  be a retired military or a dependent of someone that is in the military or is retired. 
That will be necessary to be able to have free access to the military bases.  The best person would be someone with a good sales type
of personality with experience in making presentations and or group training sessions.  This position requires someone that is out going
and can relate well to people and at the same time can do detail work with logistics and or engineering.  The right candidate does not need
to be and engineer or have worked in logistics but have a leaning to that kind of job function but at the same time be very outgoing  and
personable and be willing to make customer calls in person and or the with the phone.  This person will have to sell the office
furniture systems and then help with the layout and design and then manage the logistics to the system ship and then installed.  
The right candidate should have a good personal presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will also
require a lot of military contract bid work.  Someone that understands military purchasing systems might be a  good candidate as well.
This is a salary + commission type of position, starting salary 50k + comm to 75k to 100k as the person develops a database of customers
and accounts on the military installations.
