Farm and Ranch Mechanics Manager

What you will be doing:

Manage the repair and preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment, including tractors, harvesters, balers, trucks, irrigation systems, and utility vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform or oversee repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and equipment service history.
Provide input on equipment upgrades or replacements.

A successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

Proven experience as a mechanic in an agricultural, heavy equipment, or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, welding, and diagnostics.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot a wide range of farm machinery.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying outdoor conditions.

Compensation: Based on experience
