Family or Internal Medicine Physician

Salary: $230,000 - $280,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage a wide range of patient types including adults, pediatric, and geriatrics, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures such as EKG and x-ray interpretation.
  • Provide acute and chronic care management, expertly navigating the complexities of multiple patient needs.
  • Collaborate with physician leadership and operations management to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in outpatient care from Monday to Friday, maintaining a steady 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule for optimal work-life balance.
  • Engage and contribute to the development of practice policies and patient care protocols.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of patient needs from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Adept at procedural skills including splinting, minor trauma care, and routine diagnostic tests.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
  • Commitment to continuous education and staying informed on leading medical practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a medical practice is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and telemedicine.
  • Special interest in geriatrics or adult medicine with a willingness to develop further expertise.
