Your Role:
• Provide full-spectrum primary care across all ages
• Manage acute/chronic conditions with continuity

Your Profile:
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active CA medical license (or in process)
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Excellent clinical & interpersonal skills
