Family Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region at our Primary Care practice in Seneca Falls, NY. Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in a primary care setting.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and personalized care plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and apply them to detect, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
  • Educate patients and their families about preventive care, health management, and lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in community health initiatives to promote wellness and healthy habits among local populations.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active New York State License.
  • Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Proven experience in a primary care or similar clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of patient privacy and ethical conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic health record systems.
  • Specialization in areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or women's health.
  • Prior experience offering telehealth services.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, are highly preferred to cater to our diverse patient base.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
