We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region at our Primary Care practice in Seneca Falls, NY. Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a primary care setting.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and personalized care plans.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and apply them to detect, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
- Educate patients and their families about preventive care, health management, and lifestyle choices.
- Participate in community health initiatives to promote wellness and healthy habits among local populations.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active New York State License.
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Proven experience in a primary care or similar clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Commitment to the highest standards of patient privacy and ethical conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic health record systems.
- Specialization in areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or women's health.
- Prior experience offering telehealth services.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, are highly preferred to cater to our diverse patient base.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
