Non-profit health center is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team in northwest Indiana.

• This position will serve offices in three locations in close proximity to each other
• Individuals with supervisory experience and/or interested in taking on future leadership roles in a Medical Director capacity should apply

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Family Practitioner licensure with the state of Indiana required or ability to receive state license required.
• Graduate of a M.D. or D.O. from an accredited educational institution
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Family Practitioner preferred
• Experience or training in primary care setting is required
