Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, health risk assessments, and screenings.
- Manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic diseases with an evidence-based approach.
- Perform minor outpatient procedures relevant to family medicine practice.
- Use state-of-the-art technology including DAX Copilot and Epic EMR for maintaining electronic health records and patient communication.
- Maintain a shared call schedule to ensure patient care continuity and support work-life balance.
- Engage in collaborative care with a team of two experienced physicians and a physician assistant.
- Participate in community health initiatives and provide patient education to promote wellness and preventive healthcare among patients.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using clinical software, preferably Epic EMR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing patient consultations and interactions.
- Ability to make informed clinical decisions and provide high quality, evidence-based medical care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to guidelines in family medicine.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a family practice environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with telemedicine and digital health technologies.
- Skills in a secondary language would be advantageous in managing our diverse patient population.

- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to perform a variety of procedures typical in family medicine.
- Strong diagnostic skills, including interpreting medical tests and conducting thorough physical examinations.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Organizational skills necessary to manage a full patient schedule and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
- Leadership skills to oversee and mentor less experienced staff members and contribute to team cohesion.
