Family Medicine Physician

Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered primary healthcare including diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of conditions and refer to specialists as necessary.
  • Develop and manage effective treatment plans for patients with chronic illnesses.
  • Carry out minor surgical procedures within the scope of family medicine.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards in patient confidentiality and provide care in a respectful and culturally competent manner.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine required.
  • Valid medical license in the state of practice.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using clinical software, specifically Electronic Health Records like Epic EMR.
  • Strong clinical judgment, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage the health of a diverse patient population.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DAX Copilot or similar AI-driven healthcare tools.
  • Experience in a collaborative practice setting across various specialties.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a clinical setting.
  • Previous involvement in health promotion and disease prevention programs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
  • Experience in emergency medical situations is advantageous.
