We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team at a well-respected healthcare facility. Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and minor procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of 2 experienced physicians and 1 Physician Assistant.
- Ensure high-quality patient care using the Epic EMR system, integrated throughout our facility.
- Support and promote a patient-first approach that is both efficient and empathetic.
- Participate in a shared call schedule that respects your time and personal life.
- Leverage cutting-edge tools such as DAX Copilot to enhance treatment efficiency and patient interaction.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy with patients.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Committed to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of advancements in the field.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment and provide leadership when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably Epic.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a community healthcare setting.
- Demonstrable patient care outcomes from previous positions.
- Familiarity with the management and operational requirements of a medical practice.
- Desire to partake in community health initiatives.
