Family Medicine Physician

Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures appropriate within a primary care setting.
  • Monitor and manage patient care to optimize health outcomes, incorporating preventive measures and medical screenings in patient care.
  • Utilize cutting-edge health information technology, including Epic EMR and DAX Copilot, to ensure high quality patient care and efficient management of patient information.
  • Participate in a shared call schedule, ensuring patient needs are met during off-hours while respecting personal work-life balance.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with other health care professionals to maintain a high standard of medical care.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Epic.
  • Strong decision-making skills and clinical judgment.
  • Capability to perform minor procedural skills relevant to primary care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively working with a diverse range of patients and staff.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DAX Copilot and other healthcare technologies.
  • Prior experience in a collaborative practice environment.
  • Proven track record of balancing clinical and non-clinical responsibilities to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Experience in managing a wide range of patient demographics and health conditions.
  • Interest in contributing to practice improvement initiatives and medical staff activities.
  • Advanced certification in primary care specialties.
