Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care including preventive services, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and minor procedures.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for efficient patient data management and documentation.
• Leverage DAX Copilot technology to enhance clinical efficiency and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with medical staff including physicians, a physician assistant, and supportive administrative professionals.
• Participate in a shared call schedule to ensure comprehensive care availability and maintain work-life balance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to optimize patient outcomes and staff productivity.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical practices and technologies.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with patients, families, and medical professionals.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills necessary for effective patient care.
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic EMR and DAX Copilot technologies.
• Significant experience in primary care, urgent care or similar settings.
• Proficiency in managing a wide array of patient conditions from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Initiative to take part in community health initiatives and wellness programs.
• Leadership skills demonstrated through previous roles or projects.
• Additional certifications relevant to family medicine and primary care.
