We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated healthcare team in Kutztown, PA. This role entails providing comprehensive medical care in an ambulatory setting to patients of all ages, fostering a strong community presence and integrating well into a structured healthcare setting with a robust support system. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team consisting of another physician and a Physician Assistant, ensuring the highest quality of care. Salary: $235,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide full-range family medicine services to a diverse patient population.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient records and care management.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain an active and productive relationship with the practice administrator and support team.
• Engage in continuous professional development and keep abreast of the latest medical practices and theories.
• Incorporate preventative care and educational strategies into patient interactions.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and medical excellence.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Valid or eligible for a Pennsylvania Medical License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with the use of electronic medical records, preferably EPIC EMR.
• Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective health care.
• Experience in working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary health team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent graduates from an accredited family medicine residency program.
• Prior experience in a community-based practice setting.
• Leadership experience or qualities, particularly in a medical practice setting.
• Ability to perform minor outpatient procedures is considered an asset.
• Experience in managing a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
• Adaptability to changing healthcare environments and regulations.
