Seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care in a welcoming rural western Wisconsin community.

Details:

• Balanced call schedule covering clinic hours and after-hours phone calls only (including nursing home and critical lab results)
• Standard weekday clinic hours with no nights or weekends for optimal work-life balance
• Comprehensive scope of practice: joint injections, skin treatments, Suboxone therapy, and more
• Opportunity to provide prenatal care up to 28 weeks, if interested
• Collaborative team environment with experienced APCs and optional moonlighting in same-day clinic starting July 2026
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents
• Engage in clinical or basic science research opportunities
• Participate in conferences and explore leadership roles
