Facility Manager - Maine

Description:
This position oversees all mill, carpentry, and fabrication shop functions, including production scheduling, team leadership, facility maintenance, and hands-on problem solving. It's an opportunity to take ownership of a high-functioning facility while driving process improvements, equipment readiness, and overall production efficiency.
