Our client, a well established manufacturer in the food and protein space, is seeking a hands on, people focused Facilities Manager to support their operation in Denver. What You’ll Do

• Own day to day building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems through third party vendors
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and performance expectations
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance programs with external providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct routine safety inspections and support emergency response efforts
• Coordinate renovations, space planning, and security services
• Manage facilities budgets, contracts, and procurement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities related needs

What We’re Looking For

• 5 plus years of experience in facilities management or building operations
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience managing vendors and service providers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working independently while partnering cross functionally
