Facilities Manager
📍Location: Lake Tahoe, CA/NV
💵Compensation: $80,000-85,000 plus performance bonus

Position Overview:
The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational integrity of our entertainment venue. This hands-on position will complete as many repairs and projects as possible, manage vendor relationships for larger projects, supervise maintenance plans on things like HVAC, and implement preventive maintenance programs—all while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Oversee custodial and grounds services to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Manage an inventory system of parts to limit downtime on equipment.
- Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure facility readiness for private events.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire codes, and safety regulations.
- Establish and manage vendor contracts for larger facility services and repairs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an entertainment, hospitality, or large public venue setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in case of an emergency.
- OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus.
