We are seeking a Facilities Director for a growing company that operates a Class A multi-family and student housing portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a growing organization. This role is based in Madison, WI and only requires local travel. Relocation candidates will be considered.

• Maintain the highest safety and compliance standards across all properties
• Oversee vendor relationships and contractor performance
