Facilities Consultant - CLOSED
Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate need with a community hospital (less than 100 beds) for a Facilities Department Leadership Consultant. The primary goal is to help determine if their current permanent director is capable of being the director and if so, provide mentoring.
The department staff is the Director, Lead Engineer, Carpenter, Painter, and three general maintenance men. There are no major projects or purchases in the plans, but they certainly could use an assessment of everything from soup to nuts (parking lot to all fixed equipment) to put together a 5-10 year plan on capital and or major repair budget expectations.
