Facilities & Grounds Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Facilities & Grounds Technician to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our property, including the gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular landscaping, gardening, weeding, and yard maintenance.
• Execute general property upkeep and minor repairs (painting, fixture checks, etc.).
• Ensure all outdoor spaces are inviting and well-kept for guests.
• Communicate any significant maintenance or safety issues to property management.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in landscaping, gardening, or general facilities maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, outdoor work) comfortably.
• Reliable, proactive work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment safety.
