  • ABEM or AOBEM board-certified/eligible EM docs

  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with EM fellowship or robust, verifiable emergency experience

  • Competent in intubation and point-of-care ultrasound

  • Calm under fire, clinically decisive, and damn good with a team
