CBIZ Talent Solutions is representing a Nassau County Manufacturing client who is seeking a Financial Analyst/Manager to join their team as the company continues to grow. This is a well-established multi-state, international company that has grown tremendously over the last 10 years.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and forecasting: Consolidate budgets and forecasts from various sites and monitor variances.
Analyze current and past financial trends and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide financial strategic analyses
Prepare and present financial reports, and dashboards. Provide actionable insights for a non-financial audience.
Improve financial processes, enhance accuracy, and increase efficiency

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus.
Strong expertise with Excel and with building financial models

Salary Range is $120k - $150, depending on skills and experience.
