Summary:
Our client seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead financial planning, analysis (execute annual operating plan - budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc analysis), and support M&A diligence. This role is key in supporting financial growth by providing strategic insights and ensuring effective execution of financial plans.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Conduct financial analyses (variance, profitability, cash flow, ROI, KPI) to identify trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Manage budget cycles and develop financial models.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales & Marketing to create actionable plans.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
• Build financial models to assess deal value and synergies.
• Support due diligence with valuation, synergy modeling, and risk assessment.
• Assist post-merger integration to optimize financial performance.
• Present complex financial data to leadership.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ FP&A experience, ideally with private equity exposure.
• Strong financial accounting, corporate finance, and modeling skills (DCF, LBO).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI, and ERP systems.
