CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a FP&A Manager.

Position Overview

The FP&A Manager will be a key leader focused on leveraging financial and operational data to drive the financial success of the business. This role will be a true business partner to teams across the organization, helping to connect the dots between front line decisions and how those influence financial performance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with Month End Close including variance analyses and budget analysis
• Management reporting of financial performance
• Update forecasts and yearly projections
• Provide strategic plan, partner with other teams to gather and analyze operational data in an effort to drive smart business decisions
• Provide recommendations for process improvements through automation, internal controls and other opportunities for efficiency gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a business related field
• MBA preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in a general accounting position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Strong financial modeling skills required
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems, commercial banking platforms AP/Expense systems and payroll systems

Salary: $120k-$130K, DOE.
