We are looking for an FP&A Manager to work for our Chicagoland client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in implementing financial processes and promoting financial discipline across the organization
• Manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools
• Contribute to short-term, medium-term, and long-term business plans
• Develop financial models and conduct valuation analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments
• Build modern and intuitive dashboards and KPI scorecards that align with stakeholder expectations
• Identify areas to improve and automate reports and processes and support new initiatives resulting in greater accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience building and managing complex financial models
• Superior analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident leader who is approachable and proactive about building relationships
• Comfort with ambiguity and able to take charge and get things done despite many unknowns
