A $50M professional services company in Fairfax VA is in the market for a Corporate FP&A professional (Manager). Ideal position for a Senior Financial Analyst ready for a new challenge. Hybrid work expectation. Target salary can range from $100-$115k depending on relevant experience. Strong benefits package.

Duties:

• Assist with development of budgeting/forecasting processes, identifying KPI's and risk management activities
• Prepare and analyze periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) financial results versus budget, including prior periods
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting activities, collaborating with department leaders across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, including performing financial statement analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Strong and refined communication and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate successfully with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to commute to Fairfax on a hybrid basis
