$120k + Profit Sharing
FNP's will be visiting patients in home for transitional care visits. 70% In home-care. 30% Tele-health.
Requirements
Travel Gas Stipend added ($500) monthly
CME annual reimbursement of $3000.00

- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current license as a FNP in the State of Arizona
- Home health OR mobile clinic experience greatly preferred
