FINANCE MANAGER
MARESME

Chemical Multinational company, with facilities in Maresme, is currently looking for a Finance Manager.

Job Mission:

Guarantee timely and accurate information for decision makers (managers, corporate, …) both for strategic and operational decisions. Guarantee compliance with international IFRS accounting rules for external reporting in accordance with the reporting schedule. Ensure that planning cycle (plan -act - measure - correct - plan) runs smoothly.

Functions:

• Preparation of monthly and annual reports in different formats and with different criteria (internal, external, fiscal, ...). Reporting to Head Office.
• Management of Planning cycle. Establish calendar, monitor its fulfilment. Coordinate all people involved in the process.
• Ensure achievement of KPI (Treasury, WC)
• Control of procedures and financial reporting applications.
• Treasury management, relationships with banks
• Management of audits (Statutory, Tax, JSox, Internal)
• Tax management
• Regular submission of questionnaires and surveys.
• Manage relationships with group companies, consultants, lawyers.
• Risk management (insurance, BCP)
• Compliance: assist in the maintenance of the internal compliance system.

Profile:

• University Degree in ADE, MBA o similar
• English Level: Advanced.
• Skills of communication, attention to detail, team leadership, adaptability, data analysis
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position
