Field-Based Implementation Specialist – Lab Automation

A rapidly growing medical technology company is seeking a Field-Based Implementation Specialist with a strong background in histology to support the rollout and adoption of its innovative robotic system designed to automate lab workflows.

This role is ideal for an experienced histotechnologist or histology supervisor who enjoys working hands-on with new technology and engaging directly with customers. Responsibilities include supporting product demonstrations, assisting with installation and training, and providing post-implementation support. The position requires up to 50% travel and regular visits to the company’s Northeast-based headquarters to collaborate with internal engineering teams.
