- Identify, pursue, and close net-new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-value deals.
- Engage with C-suite executives (CIOs, CMIOs, CMOs) to articulate the value of the solutions.
- Navigate complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with sales development resources while taking full ownership of the sales funnel.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, iterative environment with bi-weekly product releases.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully selling in the healthcare industry, ideally with experience in healthcare IT or EHR solutions.
- Demonstrated experience selling to C-suite executives, particularly CIOs, CMIOs, and CMOs.
- Strong closing ability, with a history of managing and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Open to change and quick to adapt to new products and market conditions.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare IT terminology.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
