Management Recruiters of Raleigh is actively seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team in Raleigh, NC! The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with proven business development skills, an interest in learning about the recruiting/staffing industry and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities of the Executive Recruiter:

  • Network throughout your specialty area to establish brand recognition while developing and strengthening relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Manage research/market analysis of your industry vertical that leads to daily marketing activity (email, telephone, social and professional media)
  • Conduct 50+ outbound telephone calls daily into key decision makers in your industry
  • Negotiate contracts and manage key relationships with client base
  • Identify, recruit, and negotiate with top talent for client needs
  • Serve as primary liaison between candidates and clients establishing, developing, & maintaining long-term relationships

Requirements of the Executive Recruiter:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales professional with proven business development skills
  • Ability to engage with Senior Leadership Talents and engage them effectively
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Passionate about sourcing and up to date with the most innovative tools and techniques
