The Bowerman Group, Inc., an established, globally ranked executive search firm, is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our boutique agency. You'll manage client relationships, lead full-cycle search projects, and help continue to grow our business within the premium and luxury consumer brand space. Our clients include premier names in the fashion, fine jewelry and timepieces, home, beauty and lifestyle space.

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:

• 2+ years of agency recruitment experience (executive or professional level), including sourcing, candidate and client development
• A passion for luxury brands and appreciation for the nuances of client company culture
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
• A self-driven, high-integrity approach to search
