Our client provides excellence in hospice and palliative care through traditional programs and services, including complementary therapies including music therapy, massage therapy, and pet programs.
They are the only provider in their service area that is not for profit.
Because of their amazing service delivery and sound financial stewardship, they are in excellent clinical and financial health.
They have engaged our firm to identify their next Executive Director.
The Executive Director has the responsibility for the total clinical and financial operation of hospice care. This includes the direction and supervision of all services, quality assessment for total patient care, directing organizational strategy, development of programs, interpretation and maintenance of all policies and procedures, managing the agency assets, optimizing financial operations, advising the Board of Directors on organizational activities, and assuring compliance/adherence to all rules and regulations required on the Federal, State, and local levels.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in administration/business or other health-related fields.
- A master's degree or advanced certificate (preferred).
Experience and Skills:
- Five (5) years’ experience as an administrator, social service executive, or Registered Nurse executive.
- Three (3) years' experience in at least one of the following areas: Home Nursing Care, Hospice, Oncology, Pain & Symptom Control, Grief Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, Social Services.
The successful candidate will be skilled at building consensus, have strong administrative and collaboration skills.
