We are seeking a creative and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a private, gated golf community located just outside of Phoenix, AZ. This private members-only club offers exceptional dining experiences in a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. This role will lead all BOH operations with the opportunity to showcase creativity and deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $120,000 + 12-15% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits (majority employer-paid), 401k w/match, PTO and more!

Executive Chef Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years progressive culinary leadership experience, private club preferred
  • 2+ years as Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef
  • Direct and oversee all culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Hands-on leadership approach
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred
